A property developer he is worth in excess of 4 billion dollars. Besides being owner and CEO of DAMAC he also owns the investment company DICO Investments Co. LLC. The Forbes list of World’s Richest Arabs for 2017 shows his listed within the top 10. In 2013 DAMAC was the first real estate company from the middle east to be listed on the London stock exchange. He is not only the owner of DAMAC he is a husband and father of four children residing in Dubai.
