A 4 season sunroom is a structure which would be classified as primary living space and is open to the living space of the home. As such the climate control of the home is used to heat and cool the sun porch. Depending up the location of the home, this could be an advantage. City dwellers may not enjoy street sounds in the summer, but rural folk usually do enjoy the sounds of a summer evening.

Four season sunrooms are usually much more expensive than 3 season sun porches because of better glazing materials and custom building techniques. But they do add a valuable element to the home as they provide cheery living space to your home.

At night the sun room becomes a moon room, allowing you to unwind after the frenzied day's activities.
